This project involved the creation of a high-end office within an existing factory, using creative design solutions to navigate around immovable features. The goal was to enhance the functionality of the space without losing the essence of its industrial roots.

The design incorporates exposed steel stair framing, sleek balustrading, and steel mesh walkway flooring, emphasising the industrial character of the factory while providing a modern and contemporary feel. Inside, full-height glazed curtain wall partitions improve the functionality of the space, with natural timber floorboards adding a sense of warmth and grounding.

Elevated above the warehouse floor, the office provides a professional atmosphere distinct from the factory’s operational zones. Our intention was to create a sophisticated and comfortable setting to house the commercial builder’s in-house team, whilst maintaining a clear separation from the onsite storage areas.
The design achieves a refined, restrained industrial aesthetic, avoiding excessive styling while delivering a well-integrated, high-end workspace.
